Patricia S. Nelson has been an attorney in practice in Massachusetts since 1977.  She is a graduate of Cornell University (A.B. 1974) and of the Cornell University School of Law (J.D. 1977).  Having started the practice of law with the Boston law firm of Nutter, McClennen and Fish, she opened her practice in Lexington in 1982.  Her practice has been in the areas of real estate, condominium, landlord/tenant, and small business law and includes both transactions and dispute resolution.  Patricia S. Nelson is also a trained arbitrator and mediator,  available to act as an arbitrator or mediator in private disputes.
